Given the nature of the product, we devote particular care and attention to packaging the truffles, ensuring that they are still completely fresh when they reach our customers’ tables. Before shipping, the fresh truffles are wrapped in linen cloth and boxed in insulated polystyrene containers. A cold Gel Pack is placed inside the package to ensure that the truffles are kept at a constant low temperature throughout their journey. Orders are usually processed within 24h, although they may sometimes take up to 48h at most. This is because our truffle hunters supply us with our products directly, procuring fresh truffles on the day. In order to ensure rapid delivery, all orders are shipped by express courier and usually reach their destination on time and exactly when you will need it, ensuring both premium quality and optimum freshness. Truffles are flown in direct from Italy and our charge for packaging and shipping nationwide and within the EU is just £15.00.Shipping is free for orders over £350. Goods can be paid for with a credit card via PayPal or by bank transfer in advance.

For optimal storage of your fresh truffles, please: Do not remove the soil from the truffles – Wrap individual truffles in a clean absorbent paper towel – Place the paper-wrapped truffles inside a closed jar in the fridge (temperature +2°C/6°C) – Change the paper towel every day – Just before eating them, they must be washed with water and brushed under the tap. Dry well with a paper towel or kitchen cloth.
